1. Tour Price Includes:

• Transportation (15, 25, 35, 45-seat vehicle depending on group size) according to the itinerary
• 3 & 4-star hotel accommodation based on double or triple occupancy
• Meals as specified in the itinerary
• Admission fees according to the itinerary
• Vietnamese-speaking tour guide
• Travel insurance with maximum coverage of 120,000,000 VND per incident
• Mineral water and wet towels

2. Tour Price Excludes:

• Personal expenses: meals outside the itinerary, laundry, change/cancel flight route and upgrade costs, excess baggage fees, single room supplement, etc.
• Excursions outside the itinerary: Fansipan cable car

3. Child Policy:

• Children under 5 years old: no service charge, parents take care of the child and pay any additional costs (for services based on height, etc.). Each pair of adults is allowed to bring one child under 5 years old, a second child will be charged at the rate for children aged 5-12 and subject to single room supplement.
• Children aged 5 to under 12 years old: 75% of the adult tour price (no separate bed). Each pair of adults is allowed to bring one child aged 5-12, from the second child onwards, a single bed must be purchased.
• Children aged 12 years and above: full adult fare.

4. Payment Conditions:

• A deposit of 50% of the tour price is required upon registration.
• The remaining balance must be paid 7-10 days before departure (for regular tours) or 20-25 days before departure (for holiday tours).

5. Registration Conditions:

• When registering, please bring the original ID/Passport or provide the exact full name as in the ID/Passport/Birth Certificate (for children under 14 years old) in the order: Last name/Middle name/First name.
• Required identification for the tour: Vietnamese Nationals: Children from 14 years old and adults must bring the original ID/Passport (valid, clear photo; ID card not older than 15 years from issue date) / Birth Certificate (for children under 14). Children over 14 years old must have an ID or Passport for flight procedures. Foreigners/Vietnamese overseas: Must bring a valid original Passport or Green Card along with a Visa and re-entry permit for Vietnam.
• Hotel check-in and check-out times follow hotel regulations: check-in after 14:00 and check-out before 12:00.
• Hotel/resort rooms may not be close to each other, on the same floor, or have the requested bed type (double bed or twin bed), depending on actual availability.
• For tours with 5-star hotel/resort services: Vietnamese citizens sharing a room with foreigners are required to have a marriage certificate.
• For solo travelers, a single-room supplement fee is required. If there is another solo traveler of the same gender in the group who wishes to share a room, Phuc An Tours will refund the single room supplement fee.
• For groups of 3, Phuc An Tours will provide a room for 3 guests with a large bed (1.6m) and a movable extra bed (0.8 – 1.2m) or a single mattress depending on the hotel/resort. If separate rooms are preferred, please pay an additional single room supplement as per regulations.
• Meeting point: Hanoi Opera House (Address: 1A Trang Tien, Hanoi) 15-30 minutes before departure time. If you arrive late, please cover your own costs to join the group.
• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18. If traveling alone, parental authorization (certified by local authorities) is required for Phuc An Tours.
• For health and safety reasons, and to ensure an enjoyable experience, guests must be in good health to join our tour. Women over 55 and men over 60 are recommended to be accompanied by a family member under 55. Guests aged 70 and above must be accompanied by a family member under 55. Guests aged 80 and above are not accepted, and those over 80 are not covered by insurance.
• Pregnant guests must inform the booking staff at registration. A doctor’s consent is required, and they must take full responsibility for their health and the fetus during the tour. Pregnant guests must bring antenatal records and identification as required by airlines. Pregnancies of 28 weeks or more must have a medical certificate within the last 7 days.
• Guests must certify that they and their relatives are in good health to join the tour. By signing up, they agree to waive all legal claims against Phuc An Tours and its staff for any issues related to their health during the tour or services provided by Phuc An Tours. Guests bear all additional expenses not covered by insurance.
• For beach/island tours: Guests with health issues, a history of illness, or intoxicated (alcohol, beer, etc.) should not swim or dive to ensure safety. In case of incidents, Phuc An Tours will not be liable for violations.
• For invoice requests, provide billing details at the time of registration. No invoices will be issued after the tour ends.
• Please carefully read the Booking Terms before signing up. If signing up through a representative, please update your information from them.
• This is a full-package tour; Phuc An Tours is not responsible for refunding the price difference for individuals eligible for discounts such as children, seniors, veterans, etc. Discounts are only available for individual travelers visiting attractions.

6. Tour Change or Cancellation Policy:

• After payment, if you wish to change/cancel the tour, please bring the Travel Ticket to the office to complete the procedure and bear the applicable fees. No changes or cancellations will be accepted over the phone.

7. Regular Tour Cancellation Conditions:

• Free change to another tour route 20 days before departure.
• Cancellation or change of tour within 15-19 days before departure: 50% of deposit forfeited.
• Cancellation or change of tour within 12-14 days before departure: 100% of deposit forfeited.
• Cancellation within 8-11 days before departure: 50% of tour price forfeited.
• Cancellation within 5-7 days before departure: 70% of tour price forfeited.
• Cancellation within 2-4 days before departure: 90% of tour price forfeited.
• Cancellation within 1 day before departure: 100% of tour price forfeited.

8. Holiday Tour Cancellation Conditions:

• Free change to another tour route 30 days before departure.
• Cancellation or change of tour within 25-29 days before departure: 50% of deposit forfeited.
• Cancellation or change of tour within 20-24 days before departure: 100% of deposit forfeited.
• Cancellation within 17-19 days before departure: 50% of tour price forfeited.
• Cancellation within 8-16 days before departure: 70% of tour price forfeited.
• Cancellation within 2-7 days before departure: 90% of tour price forfeited.
• Cancellation within 1 day before departure: 100% of tour price forfeited. Holiday tours include tours that fall on public holidays as per regulations. Cancellation time is counted on business days only, excluding weekends and holidays.

9. Force Majeure:

• If the tour is canceled or changed by either party due to force majeure (e.g., fire, weather, accidents, natural disasters, war, epidemics, postponement, delay, or other changes by public transport, or other events as per law), Phuc An Tours bears no obligation to compensate for any losses and is not liable for any legal responsibilities. Both parties shall do their utmost to assist the other party to minimize losses. Refunds (if any) in case of tour cancellation due to force majeure depend on service partners, and the refund period may range from 60-90 days.
